I work with anxious women who’s past trauma is keeping them feeling stuck, alone and stressed out.

In therapy we focus on finding new ways of coping, setting boundaries, healing from relationship wounds and moving closer to the things that are most important to you.

  3. Holistic healing - I take a holistic approach to healing. in addition to traditional talk therapy. I incorporate mindfulness practices, somatic exercises, expressive arts and other modalities that incorporate body & mind.

  4. Empowerment and Self-Discovery - Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment and I’m here to support you every step of the way

  5. Building healthy coping skills - Coping with the aftermath of trauma can be challenging and you don’t have to face it alone. I’ll provide you with practical tools, coping skills and resilience building strategies to help you navigate difficult emotions and cultivate growth.

  6. Creating boundaries and self-care - Learning to set boundaries and prioritize self-care is essential for healing from past trauma. I’ll support you in developing healthy boundaries, asserting your needs and practicing self-care practices that nourish your mind, body and spirit.
