My approach
Navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying the weight of past traumas. As a millennial therapist, I get it! That’s why my approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity and relatability.
I believe in meeting client’s where they’re at in their journey and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard and understood.
Drawing from evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed lens, I tailor my approach to each individuals needs and preferences, honoring their unique experiences and strengths.
Together we will explore past experiences, identify patterns and triggers and develop practical skills and coping strategies to help you navigate life’s stressors with resilience and confidence.
I take a holistic appraoch to healing, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind and body. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate mindsulness practices, somatic techniques and creative expression to help you reconnect with youtself and cultivate a greater sense of wholeness and well-being.
